Niddrie Secondary College Fundraising Update.

We as the Year 12 vcal class have been trying so hard to raise money for the Catherine Freeman Foundation and have raised approximately $500 by selling chocolates every lunch time to students. Tanya has also been selling them at the
Moonee Valley Football Club.
We are planning a trivia night which they hope to be able to raise money from. The day Cathy came and spoke to the students from our school she inspired one year 10 girl, Paige Gough, so much she went home and organised a barbeque at her dads work and raised $375, which she will be donating to the Catherine Freeman Foundation. The year 9 students had a mini carnival on the 23rd of May and raised money for the Foundation – the donation is still to be sorted out and we will know the amount soon. The fundraising is coming along well and hopefully we as a class will reach our goal of $12,000.
