Palm Island Project The Catherine Freeman Foundation works with community organisations, businesses, schools and other philanthropists to provide opportunities and environments which encourage disadvantaged individuals and communities to achieve positive change. The Foundation has a particular interest in using education, sport and the arts as pathways to greater opportunities.

COMMUNITY SPIRIT

Finding pathways away from harm and abuse
Community Spirit is the first of these charitable organisations which the Foundation will establish. Community Spirit will work with communities which have or have had a high rate of harmful behaviours to develop programs that help address these issues and strengthen the community. The programs will work hand in hand with communities to prevent the causes and implement a range of strategies to create a more positive environment and greater opportunity.
